About The Role We are looking for a highly driven Project / Product Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives across Data, AI, and Software Development for a fast-growing technology startup. This role will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, driving execution, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring the successful delivery of multiple high-impact projects, including:
- Data Lake and Business Intelligence implementations
- Enterprise software and platform development
- AI management systems using AI agents
- Cloud-native data and analytics solutions leveraging Databricks

The idóneo candidate combines strong product thinking, technical understanding, and project delivery expertise in modern cloud and AI environments.

Responsabilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects from discovery through implementation and continuous improvement.
- Manage product roadmaps, project plans, timelines, priorities, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Software Engineers, Data Engineers, AI Engineers, QA, UX/UI, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
- Drive the implementation of Data Lake, BI, analytics, and AI-driven platforms.
- Collaborate with technical leadership to define architecture, delivery strategy, and execution plans.
- Translate business requirements into actionable product and technical specifications.
