**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement training programs to support the professional development of employees, including new hires and existing staff.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques and multimedia resources.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and opportunities for skill enhancement.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms, performance metrics, and participant assessments.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to employees to reinforce learning and promote continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to sleep apnea diagnosis and treatment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 Months to 1 year of experience in training and development, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual training platforms.
- Advanced English level (B2)

Remuneration: 3,200,000 COP base + bonuses + contrato indefinido al 100%

Monday to Friday: 8am to 6pm

Onsite, Mall Mayorca, piso 10, torre empresarial
