Consider this your introduction to the sales organization, spend some time learning, and be on your way to an exciting career at Salesforce What You’ll Do The Early Solution Engineering program is divided in two different phases, in each one you’ll be provided with the knowledge and information you will need to become in a successful Solution Engineer. During the first half of the program, you’ll be working in the Q Branch team. Here you’ll be able to learn and put hands on the Demo Engineer role and develop technical skills; your work will have a significant impact on our Solution Engineering success by designing and implementing creative demo solutions for our customers across Latin America. The second half of the program is about sharpening your selling and consulting skills, working hand by the hand with the best Solution Engineers (pre‑sales consultants) of the region to finally be fully prepared with all that you will need to be an SE
