Personal Injury Firm Intake Specialist (Medellín)

Job description: You are the first impression that our clients get, so it is imperative that you have/are:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to see the intake process through from inception to completion
- Goal oriented, organized, and tech savvy
- Minimum of a full year of sales experience and personal injury required
- Must be fluent in English & Spanish

Your duties and responsibilities:
- Nurture leads by following up with potential clients
- Send retainer agreements
- Follow up with clients and answer questions
- Facilitate client-onboarding process
- Set up new client files
- Ensure client satisfaction and increase our Google reviews by encouraging 5-star reviews
- Communicate with clients and update client portals

Bonus if you have:
- Lead Docket and/or File Vine experience
- Previous intake experience
- A smile in your voice

We are hiring multiple intake specialists for full time Monday-Friday 8a-5:30pm and after hours/weekends Monday
- Friday 5:30pm-11pm, Saturday/Sunday 9am-6pm. Eastern Standard Time Zone.

Equipment and Home Office Setup Required:
- Computer (Windows 11 or later version)
- Strong, reliable internet connection
- A quiet space to interact with the clients without interruption

Experience:
- Sales: 1 year (required)
- Personal Injury: 1 Year (required)

Language:
- Spanish (required)
- English (required)

Our firm is located in Florida, United States. This position is entirely remote.
