This role exists because we need an HR leader who can balance strategy with execution—someone who can build scalable HR practices while remaining closely connected to our employees and leaders. Your work will directly shape our culture, employee experience, and ability to attract and retain top talent.
**What you’ll manage**: We’re looking for an HR Manager to oversee and continuously improve all aspects of our Human Resources function. You’ll be responsible for aligning HR strategy with business objectives while ensuring our people practices support engagement, performance, and inclusion across the organization.
You’ll partner closely with department heads and leadership to guide recruiting, performance management, employee development, and compliance efforts. This role requires both a big-picture mindset and a hands-on approach—building programs, resolving challenges, and serving as a trusted advisor to managers and employees alike.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the full HR function in Colombia, aligning people strategies with organizational goals
- Implement and manage performance management systems and employee development initiatives
- Drive employee engagement and retention through thoughtful programs and feedback loops
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that support business objectives and a positive workplace culture
- Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance issues
- Use HR metrics and data to inform decisions and continuously improve HR processes
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization
- Support and advise salary benchmarking and support annual compensation review processes
- Manage payroll coordination (even if outsourced) and ensure accurate employee records
- Support career pathing, succession planning, and internal mobility
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in HR management or a closely related role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements
- Experience working with HRIS and recruitment software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization
- Experience managing HR projects or initiatives from design to implementation
- Proven experience in performance management, employee development, and engagement initiatives
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- High ethical standards and demonstrated discretion in handling confidential information
- Experience working with multicultural or general teams
**Nice to have**:
- Experience in a technology or professional services environment
- Experience supporting remote or hybrid work models
