Medical Scheduler/Medellín | Full-Time

In this role, you’ll be delivering a high-quality customers experience by coordinating appointments, assisting with insurance calls, and providing support for English and Spanish-speaking patients.

We're looking for a bilingual Medical Scheduler to join a urology center's front-facing team where professionalism, empathy, and precision are key. This is more than appointment setting, it's about being the first point of trust for patients.

Responsibilities: Answer high volume incoming patient calls to schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments in a timely and efficient manner Ensure patients feel supported and informed throughout the scheduling process Assist with English/Spanish communication during calls with Spanish-speaking patients Handle insurance-related calls and follow up on procedure-related matters Maintain accuracy and a positive attitude while managing a high volume of calls consistently Monday to Friday schedule Requirements: Bilingual English/Spanish at a C1/C2 level — written and verbal required Experience with EMR systems (athenahealth, Epic, Kareo, or similar) Background in healthcare, medical office, or patient-facing roles Experience handling high volume calls in a professional environment Previous experience in appointment setting, patient coordination, or medical office administration preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Empathetic, patient-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Benefits: Supportive and close-knit team environment Weekly team calls for updates and collaboration Equipment provided to perform your job efficiently Opportunity to grow while making a real impact on patients' experiences Postúlate en Kit Empleo: kitempleo.com.co/empleo/1aye1w
