YouTube Thumbnail Designer (Medellín)

About the role We're Empresa confidencial, a retention marketing agency working with DTC eCommerce brands. We're building out our YouTube presence and need a freelance thumbnail designer who understands that thumbnails are performance assets This is a part-time, ongoing contract with real potential to grow into more projects if we work well together.

What you'll do Design YouTube thumbnails built to drive clicks Study top-performing thumbnails in our niche and apply what actually works Work from our existing brand kit to stay consistent across video series Deliver clean composites: cutouts, bold type, strong framing Hit deadlines tied to our publishing schedule without needing follow-up

What we're looking for Required 2–3 years designing YouTube thumbnails specifically, portfolio required Advanced Adobe and Figma skills You understand CTR-driven design and can explain why a thumbnail works, not just make it look good Consistent async communicator, reliable, meets deadlines, flags issues early Available during EST hours for feedback rounds Familiarity with thumbnail A/B testing or performance data Motion or animated thumbnail experience Nice to Have Experience working with a U.S.-based agency or remote team Background in eCommerce or DTC content
