Intermediate Architectural Designer (Medellín)

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY: We are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented INTERMEDIATE ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER to join our team. As an intermediate designer, you bring seasoned experience to projects of varying scales. You possess a keen attention to detail, think critically, and can lead a team to success. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Prepare feasibility studies, schematic design and design development drawings
- Produce drawings for zoning, planning, and permit applications and tender documentation
- Communicate and coordinate with internal team members and external consultants
- Review Zoning and Ontario Building Code for compliance

WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- Minimum of 3-5 years (post-Graduate) experience
- Thorough knowledge of design, working drawings, building systems and detailing
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Proficiency in Sketch Up, Autodesk software (AutoCAD & Revit), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Revu Bluebeam an asset.
- Good written and verbal communication in English
