Technology Team Developer - Microsoft Tech Stack (Medellín)

We are looking for someone who combines strong full stack engineering depth with excellent communication skills and a high level of ownership. The right candidate will be able to work through complex problems independently, design and implement large-scale features, make sound technical trade-offs, and maintain a consistently high bar for quality, maintainability, and scalability. This is a senior engineering role, so we also expect someone who can contribute to technical direction, strengthen engineering standards, and help raise the effectiveness of the wider team through pragmatic leadership. What You'll Do
- Build and evolve full stack applications using TypeScript across frontend and backend systems.
- Design and implement large-scale features across multiple AI-enabled applications.
- Apply practical AI implementation patterns in production product environments.
- Bring strong technical judgment to planning, estimation, architecture, and implementation trade-offs.
- Work closely with product, design, and engineering teammates to translate ideas into reliable software.
- Help establish strong engineering standards for quality, consistency, maintainability, and scale.
- Contribute senior-level technical guidance through code review, reusable patterns, and day-to-day collaboration. What You’ll Bring
- Strong commercial experience as a full stack engineer.
- Deep hands‑on TypeScript experience across the stack.
- Proven practical experience implementing AI capabilities in production applications.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong independent problem‑solving ability.
- Strong technical judgment and the ability to make sensible trade‑offs in ambiguous environments.
- Experience working effectively in a small agile team.
- Evidence of senior engineering impact through technical leadership, mentoring, or raising delivery standards.
