- We are seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to own and lead our digital growth engine. This is a senior, high-impact role for a seasoned professional who understands how digital strategy translates into pipeline, revenue, and measurable performance.
- You will set the digital direction, manage agencies and vendors, and ensure all digital channels perform efficiently at scale. While this role is leadership-focused, hands‑on experience is required—you understand performance because you have executed it yourself.

Core Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy & Leadership
- Own end-to-end digital marketing strategy aligned to growth, lead volume, and efficiency
- Serve as the senior digital authority for executive leadership
- Manage and hold agencies and vendors accountable to performance, timelines, and budgets
- Hands‑On Strategy, Oversight & Execution
- You will directly own strategy, performance oversight, and execution standards for:
- Google Local Services Ads (LSA)
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimizing website content, structure, and technical performance to improve organic visibility and rankings in search engines such as Google and Bing
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Managing paid search advertising through platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads to drive targeted traffic, leads, and conversions
- PPC Campaigns: Paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting
- YouTube Advertising: Strategy, targeting, creative direction, and performance optimization
- Video Content (Organic & Paid): Short‑form, long‑form, and campaign‑driven video
- Media Direction: Supervising videographers, editors, and creative partners to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment
