Position Software Developer Specialist (AI) Location Remote or Hybrid (Adaptable) Type Full-Time or Contract Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions including:
- Conversational AI agents (Chatbots, Voicebots)
- AI Voice Applications (e.g., speech synthesis, voice recognition, IVR systems)
- Automation Workflows using N8N or similar platforms
- Develop and integrate APIs, AI models, and third-party AI services (OpenAI, Google Dialogflow, ElevenLabs, Whisper, etc.)
- Build custom AI automations, task orchestration, and AI pipelines to optimize business processes.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to bring AI products to life.
- Participate in brainstorming, prototyping, and agile development cycles.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Software Developer with focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Automation.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Python, JavaScript (Node.js)
- AI/ML frameworks (OpenAI, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, etc.)
- Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech (TTS) technologies:
- Experience building AI chatbots (text & voice), virtual assistants, or AI customer service systems.
