We are currently seeking a Lien Negotiator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in personal injury, settlements, medical billing, legal support, or lien negotiations who are looking to grow their career in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

The idóneo candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
- Collect, review, and organize client medical bills and records
- Negotiate reductions on medical provider, subrogation, attorney fee, and related liens
- Draft and submit lien reduction requests and supporting documentation
- Maintain accurate lien status updates within the case management system
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, and internal departments regarding lien status and settlement updates
- Follow up with lienholders and agencies regarding outstanding balances and negotiations
- Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and updated timely

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in lien negotiation, personal injury, settlements, medical billing, or legal support preferred
- Familiarity with personal injury workflows and lien processes is a plus
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Advanced English level (C1 required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with the team
