**The role** **Bilingual Talent Acquisition Apprentice**

Do you want to gain a global perspective on recruitment processes, collaborating with teams from different countries?

In this role, you will have the opportunity to get to know and learn in depth about the activities specific to a Talent Attraction professional. You will collaborate closely with teams from different countries, which will allow you to acquire a global vision and enrich your experience with diverse cultures and ways of working.

**Key Responsibilities**Provide operational and administrative support, including review of documentation in English, offer management, and maintenance of templates and process guides.- Participate in strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives such as employer branding, diversity, DEIB, talent insights, and operational excellence projects.

**What we need to see from you**
- Education: Psychology student or related fields.
- Academic Requirement: Must have university approval to complete professional internships in the second semester of 2026, Ability to sign a one-year apprenticeship contract.
- Language: Bilingual profile (Fluent English).
- Location: Must reside in Medellín or Bogotá, Colombia.
- Status: Must be an active university student and start the internship in 2026-1
