Penetration Tester - Remote Colombia (Medellín)

Some of your responsibilities but not limited to are:

- Simulate attacks to assess the effectiveness of security controls and identify potential risks.
- Document and report security weaknesses, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and remediate identified vulnerabilities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and best practices.
- Provide insights to enhance the organization's security infrastructure and defense mechanisms.
- Ensure penetration testing activities align with industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Create detailed technical and executive-level reports outlining findings and solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors.
- Evaluate new tools, techniques, and methodologies to improve testing processes and results.

**Minimum requirements**:

- 3 to 5 years of experience as penetration tester.
- Certifications in OSCP or OSCE or OSWE.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Fluent english speaker and profiency in writing and reading. B2+
- C1

**Perks**:

- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract.
- **Place**: Remote Colombia
- **Compensation**:$15,000,000 cop, open to negotiate depending on exp.
