We are currently looking for a Lead Software Engineer
- Mobile Development (Crypto Wallets) in Colombia. This role sits at the intersection of mobile engineering, blockchain innovation, and technical leadership, focusing on the development of high‑performance crypto wallet applications used by a general audience. You will lead a small team of mobile engineers while actively contributing to hands‑on development of React Native applications that integrate DeFi and crypto functionalities. The environment is fast‑moving, highly collaborative, and deeply technical, involving close work with backend engineers, product managers, and designers. You will help define mobile architecture, scalability patterns, and security standards for next‑generation financial applications. Beyond coding, you will act as a technical mentor, guiding engineering best practices and ensuring consistent delivery quality. - Lead the design and development of advanced cross‑platform mobile applications using React Native, ensuring high performance, scalability, and intuitive user experience across iOS and Android environments.
- Provide technical leadership to a small team of mobile engineers, driving architectural decisions, enforcing coding standards, and ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery of features.
- Architect and maintain mobile application foundations including state management, navigation structures, modularization, performance optimization, and security best practices.
