Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a
Finance and Billing Specialist
to join their dynamic team.
The Finance & Billing Specialist will partner with Billing Analysts in drafting invoices from digital documents, reviewing invoices for accuracy and adherence to company policy, and sending invoices for final review and approval.
In addition this position will process new client data into various systems, update client data as needed and off-board clients from company software.
Position Responsibilities
Draft client invoices.
Run billing reports as requested.
Receive, review, and validate requests for updates to client data.
Maintain data integrity by identifying and correcting errors.
Off board clients in required software applications.
Coordinate with the billing and cash management team in regards to client updates that impact their departments.
Various projects upon request.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in client billing
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Spanish and English fluency is a MUST
Experience with CRM software is a plus
