Your missions Prepare and issue invoices to clients accurately and promptly Verify billing data against received purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies in collaboration with business partners Monitor payment deadlines and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments Reconcile billing statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness Collaborate with various departments, including Recovery, Accounts, and Business Partners, to ensure timely and accurate billing Maintain a thorough understanding of our services to ensure accurate billing Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of more efficient billing procedures Uphold strict confidentiality regarding financial and customer information Your profile Experience in billing or financial account management (minimum 2 years) Knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Excel Experience with generative AI tools Academic background: degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field is a plus English fluent; Spanish is a plus You demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy You demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills You demonstrate effective problem-solving abilities and a professional approach to handling customer inquiries and issues What we offer An international community, bringing together 110+ different nationalities An environment where trust has a central place: 70% of our key leaders started their careers at the first level of responsibilities A robust training system with our internal Academy and 250+ available modules A vibrant workplace that frequently gathers for internal events (afterworks, team buildings, etc.) At Mantu, sustainability is part of everything we do.
