**The project and your role**: For this role, you will be working with a prominent client in the real estate sector, contributing to the maintenance, support, and optimization of their Yardi platform. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, international environment where your technical and problem-solving skills will have a significant impact.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Yardi-related issues.
- Configuring, testing, and implementing Yardi modules and upgrades.
- Collaborating with the clients teams to optimize system performance and functionality.
- Resolving user inquiries, ensuring timely responses, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Creating and maintaining system documentation, including workflows and user manuals.
- Supporting data migrations, integrations, and other related projects as required.
- Monitoring system performance, identifying potential issues, and recommending improvements.

**Your skills**:

- Proven experience with Yardi software (e.g., Voyager, RENTCafé, or other modules).
- Familiarity with system integrations, database management, and technical configurations.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and report generation tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- A proactive approach to identifying problems and delivering solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
