Short DescriptionTo planning and managing section in own initiative; coordinates resources across multiple sections in strategic planning efforts for companywide strategy proposal; define and implement effective lifecycle process that drives clarity on how to develop and maintain company’s operation.StrategyTo plan and manage the section in own initiative; coordinate resources across multiple sections in strategic planning efforts for companywide strategy proposal; define and implement aneffective lifecycle process that drives clarity on how to develop and maintain the company’s operation.To propose strategy for business opportunities and risk management included future business planning.To propose long‑term, short‑term and yearly company vision, set the target and manage organization’s action policy (tree plan), schedule and business plan and liaise/coordinate across business units.To manage a variety of news, case studies, statistical data, analyses; develop planning studies before compiling proposals & performance reports and submitting them to management in a timely manner in support of new and updated plans, requirements, targets and regulations.To lead the section to determine the best course of action in situations where a disaster or an unfortunate occurrence threatens normal operations of Sales and Production targets.To plan, execute the section’s target and report the section progress, quarterly tree plan and yearly target achievement.To coordinate environment and social responsibility, safety, financial demands, policy & regulations, digital switch concerns to ensure responsible, ethical and ongoing success together with relevant BU and E‑COM. Issue topics to continue business analysis.To outline company BPM reporting strategy including storyline and allocation of preparation material required from each BU supporter; coordinate and manage across BU activities.To develop a necessary project management document that explains how the benefit of a project outweighs its cost, justifies resource allocation and benefits/risk it should be executed.To plan and carry out cost‑effectiveness in the section and ensure expenses and investments meet allocated budget.To prioritize maximizing performance by enhancing the ability of the organization and minimizing losses and disruption of operations when calamity strikes by developing improved processes that are more resilient to upheaval.TacticTo guide subordinates to perform business analyzer activities from data analysis, market analysis, cost optimization considerations, measuring effectiveness, scenario modeling, and preparing strategy road‑mapping to ensure completion and visualization within the time given.To liaise and coordinate among and across departments/divisions/business units/overseas GENPO to keep lines of communication open and ensure meaningful collaboration.
