About This Role As a Personal Insurance Broker, you'll play a key part in helping individuals and families protect the things that matter most, from cars and homes to holidays and more. You'll be part of a friendly, supportive team, with the tools and training you need to succeed. Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include Providing professional, helpful advice to clients — in person, by phone, and by email Quoting for new policies and making changes to existing cover Handling client documentation with care and accuracy Building trusted relationships that encourage loyalty and satisfaction Supporting your team in meeting targets Cross‐selling additional products and services that may benefit the client Following company procedures and regulatory standards at all times A full job description is available upon request, and you'll receive a dedicated training plan as part of your development. What we're looking for You don't need previous insurance experience — just a willingness to learn, a professional attitude and strong communication skills. We'll support you as you work towards the Certificate in Insurance and further professional development.
