IT Recruiter Specialist - Remote - Colombia (Palmira)

The Position FullStack is seeking a Mid-Level IT Recruiter with 2–4 years of proven experience in sourcing and recruiting top-tier IT talent across diverse technical domains and C‑Suite executive search. This role is designed for an ambitious, execution‑oriented recruiter who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will be responsible for the full‑cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both world‑class candidates and hiring managers who drive organizational growth and innovation. As a Mid‑Level Recruiter, you will be a key driver in our talent pipeline, mastering the art of the "strategic pivot", managing technical requisitions, and supporting C‑Suite executive searches. What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment: Own the end‑to‑end process (sourcing to offer acceptance) for various technical and non‑technical roles.
- Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies, leveraging Boolean, AI‑driven tools, and market analytics to attract passive and niche talent.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines, cultivating long‑term relationships with high‑caliber IT professionals.
- Act as a strategic partner; pivot between technical sourcing and C‑Suite executive search as needed.
- Work closely with senior recruiters and leadership to align on client goals and delivery timelines.
- Analyze recruiting data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and opportunities for improvement. What We’re Looking For
- 2‑3 years of experience in IT recruiting or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Lever, Greenhouse, HubSpot) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights).
- Proven track record of closing C‑Level positions; ability to engage and hire executive leadership (CEO, CTO, VPs, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail in candidate documentation and communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for effective candidate engagement and collaboration with internal teams.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills, able to handle multiple requisitions.
- Deep understanding of IT terminology (SDLC, Cloud, DevOps) and background in non‑IT corporate functions (Finance, Operations, Legal).
- Adaptability to thrive in dynamic environments and adjust strategies as needed.
- Positive mindset and can‑do attitude.
- Ability to take extreme ownership of your work; daily challenge to meet agreed expectations.
