Content Marketing Manager (Pereira)

CONTENT MARKETING MANAGER GKF-ULN Group Full-time. Pereira, Colombia. On-site.

We are hiring a Content Marketing Manager to take GKF-ULN to the next level.

This role owns content strategy, projects, and execution. You will lead initiatives from idea to launch. You will work daily with designers and the community manager. This is not a creative-only role. This is execution, growth, and results.

English is mandatory.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and lead content marketing projects aligned with business goals.
- Translate sales objectives into clear content plans.
- Plan monthly and quarterly content calendars.
- Brief, coordinate, and supervise designers and the community manager.
- Ensure all content drives visibility, leads, and conversions.
- Maintain brand consistency for GKF and ULN. Clear separation. Clear positioning.
- Coordinate campaigns for events, conferences, and network growth.
- Track performance. Report results. Improve what works.
- Ensure deadlines are met. No delays. No excuses.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Content Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to lead and execute, not just suggest ideas.
- Excellent written and spoken English. Mandatory.
- Spanish fluency.
- Experience working with design teams and social media teams.
- Business mindset. Sales-focused thinking.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Based in Pereira or willing to work on-site full time.
