As IT Engineer (M/F/d)you will be responsible for providing hands-on IT support and technical expertise to colleagues on-site in Spain. This role requires broad knowledge across workplace technologies, hardware, software, and collaboration tools, and acts as a key enabler for smooth IT operations locally. Fluency in Spanish is mandatory to ensure effective communication and support.
Your Tasks:
- Provide on-site IT support for end users in Spain (hardware, software, network, peripherals).
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests in collaboration with central IT teams.
- Support device lifecycle management (setup, deployment, maintenance, decommissioning).
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes (accounts, devices, access).
- Act as local contact for Modern Workplace topics (e.g., Teams, OneDrive, Outlook).
- Coordinate with central IT and service owners to ensure alignment and escalation.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles Support local infrastructure (e.g., printers, meeting rooms, network equipment).
- Provide on-site support at other Spanish locations when required.
