In Bogotá, Colombia, we are looking for a Graphic Designer with 1–3 years of experience in advertising and marketing agencies. The mission of this role is to contribute to the development of creative and visual concepts, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades
- Contribute to the development of creative and visual concepts for design projects.
- Create attractive and effective visual designs, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the visual requirements of assigned brands.
- Support the development of junior designers’ skills by guiding their creative process.
- Deliver assigned projects within established timelines and according to graphic requirements.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s processes, policies, and procedures at both local and regional levels.

Cualificaciones
- A refined visual style and strong command of graphic design software (depending on the specific needs of the account and team): Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, Figma, Artificial Intelligence tools, aligned with your area of expertise.
- Intermediate knowledge of web design—understanding of HTML, CSS, and experience designing for digital platforms is a plus.
