- High School Diploma (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
- 1-3 Years of Experience preferred in sales (B2B sales desirable)
- Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Job Description
- Prepare detailed quotes for contract renewal and RFP/RFI responses daily to ensure timely and accurate pricing for client proposals
- Maintain quote documentation with precise pricing and configuration updates weekly to support compliance and ease of access
- Ensure the integrity of client information in database systems regularly to maintain data accuracy and reliability
- Update and manage Excel spreadsheets as needed to track quotes, documentation, and client interactions
- Handle external and internal queries professionally and promptly to promote a client-oriented service approach
- Perform bookings and purchase order processing daily to facilitate timely transaction completion and booking reconciliation
- Conduct quality assurance self-checks on documentation and processes to ensure high standards and accuracy
