Role Title: Sales Support Representative Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time Role Overview Seeking a proactive, organized, and sales-driven Sales Support Representative to support outbound sales, lead generation, retailer outreach, and wholesale onboarding efforts. This role is broader than a traditional appointment-setting position. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective wholesale retailers, initiating outreach, managing follow-ups, presenting the opportunity, supporting the sales process, and helping move interested retailers through onboarding. The idóneo candidate is confident with outbound communication, comfortable using sales and CRM tools, highly organized, and able to manage the full prospecting cycle from lead sourcing through retailer onboarding. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation and Prospecting
- Research and identify potential wholesale retailers and business partners.
- Use tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn, and other lead generation platforms to source qualified prospects.
- Identify appropriate decision-makers, including buyers and retail contacts.
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists by region, retailer type, and opportunity fit. Outbound Sales Outreach
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective retailers and partners.
- Send prospecting emails and manage ongoing email communication.
- Reach out through multiple channels, including phone, email, LinkedIn, and other approved outreach methods.
- Manage high-volume outreach, which may include up to 110–150 calls per day when focused primarily on calling. Sales Support and Product Presentation
- Conduct or support introductory Zoom meetings with prospective retailers.
- Present Marshmalloo’s products, value proposition, and retailer opportunity.
- Send pricing information, sell sheets, product details, and supporting sales materials to interested prospects.
- Answer basic questions and help guide prospects through the sales process. Wholesale Retailer Onboarding
- Support interested retailers through the onboarding process.
- Assist with sending starter kit information, onboarding documents, contracts, and relevant support links.
- Coordinate documentation through tools such as PandaDoc, DocuSign, or similar e-signature platforms when applicable.
- Help simplify and organize the B2B retailer onboarding experience. CRM and Pipeline Management
- Accurately input, update, and manage lead information in Go High Level or the assigned CRM.
- Track all calls, emails, meetings, follow-ups, lead statuses, and next steps.
- Maintain organized records of prospect interactions and sales activity.
- Move leads through the appropriate pipeline stages and ensure records remain current. Follow-Up and Relationship Management
- Perform timely and consistent follow-ups with prospects.
- Nurture leads through the pipeline and maintain professional communication.
- Ensure interested retailers receive the information they need to make informed decisions.
- Escalate qualified opportunities or complex questions as needed. Reporting and Accountability
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
- Track outreach volume, calls completed, emails sent, meetings scheduled, follow-ups completed, and lead status updates.
- Provide visibility into pipeline progress, conversion activity, and overall performance.
- Support accountability through accurate and consistent reporting. Administrative and Sales Coordination
- Coordinate sample requests or product information where applicable.
- Support the sales process with administrative follow-through.
- Collaborate with the client, team lead, and internal support team to ensure sales activities are aligned with business goals.
- Assist in building repeatable processes and documentation as the outbound sales function develops. Required Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in sales support, outbound sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, lead generation, or business development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and engaging prospects professionally.
- Experience using CRM systems; Go High Level experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
- Ability to research companies, identify decision-makers, and qualify prospects.
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable conducting or supporting Zoom meetings and presenting product information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Google Sheets, or similar productivity tools.
- Experience with Shopify, PandaDoc, DocuSign, or wholesale onboarding tools is a plus.
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple prospects, follow-ups, and tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while supporting broader sales goals. Experiencia:
