About the Role As our Identity Product Manager, you will own the core Identity and Customer Verification experience, which is foundational to accessing our entire product portfolio. This role spans the critical surfaces of sign‑in, sign‑up, KYC/onboarding, account recovery, and the profile/settings experience. As a product leader, you will drive the strategy for secure, effortless customer identification and verification, balancing world‑class operational rigor with a deep focus on security, user experience, and measurable business impact across a complex, integral ecosystem. - Product Strategy & Ownership : Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap from conception to launch for core identity capabilities (onboarding, verification, authentication).
