Senior Product Manager (Colombia)

We are building the enterprise payments infrastructure of Latin America What we are looking for: As a Senior Product Manager for CBMM, you will own the cross-border fabric that enables clients to move money seamlessly across currencies and geographies with speed, transparency, and reliability that exceeds traditional banking rails. You'll define and execute a product roadmap that transforms how businesses access liquidity, manage FX risk, and execute cross-border payments across Latin America. You'll integrate into a cohort of elite product leaders and collaborate dynamically across departments to synchronize strategies and build a unified roadmap for Cobre's product vision, driving innovation in FX products, liquidity management, and corridor expansion. What would you be doing: Product Discovery & Strategy
- Lead structured discovery for new CBMM products (forwards, swaps, synthetic currencies, etc) and geographic corridor expansions
- Form and validate hypotheses around client needs for cross-border flows, FX risk management, and treasury optimization
- Run lean experiments to test new currency pairs, pricing models, and settlement speeds—making data-driven go/kill decisions
