Product Manager – Commerce & Billing (Colombia)

Location Fully Remote (Primary/Secondary Target Countries) Role Type Individual Contributor (Product Leadership & Peer Coordination) Experience Mid-to-Senior (5+ years) The Opportunity Are you ready to own the roadmap for the platform that serves as the backbone of the web hosting industry? As a PROJECT MANAGER, you will be the architect of the product vision and the release cadence that tens of thousands of merchants and hosting providers rely on to run their businesses. Key Responsibilities
- Roadmap Strategy: Own the product roadmap end-to-end, defining it in partnership with peer PMs and the VP of Product (Commerce).
- Release Mastery: Manage the full release lifecycle—scoping, sequencing, readiness reviews, release notes, and post-release adoption tracking.
- Squad Leadership: Act as the Product Lead for a dedicated engineering squad, partnering with the Engineering Team Lead and Agile Coach on backlog grooming and delivery.
- Commerce & Billing Subject Matter Expert: Drive critical decisions across pricing, invoicing, taxation, payment gateways, subscriptions, dunning, and refunds.
- Customer Discovery: Conduct interviews, analyze support signals, and run beta programs to translate insights into crisp PRDs and user stories.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Support, Marketing, and Compliance.
- Metrics-Driven Growth: Define and monitor success metrics (adoption, retention, revenue, quality) and run experiments to optimize the product experience. Must-Haves (Screen-out Criteria)
- 5+ Years in Product Management: Proven experience owning a revenue-generating B2B or B2B2C product.
- Commerce & Billing Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with subscription billing, invoicing, payment gateways, taxation, or dunning.
- Roadmap & Release Excellence: A proven track record of driving a predictable release cadence in a complex software environment.
- Influence Without Authority: Experience acting as the senior product voice across multiple squads or peer PMs without formal reporting lines.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills (capable of producing high-quality PRDs and stakeholder updates). Nice-to-Haves
- Industry Background: Knowledge of web hosting, domains, or SaaS infrastructure (cPanel, Plesk, registrars, VPS/Cloud).
- Extensible Platforms: Experience with marketplaces, plugin ecosystems, or API-first products.
