About the role:

We’re looking for a Product Manager to own meaningful product areas within our’s platform and help drive outcomes across the patient lifecycle—from onboarding through ongoing care. This role is responsible for identifying the right problems to solve, shaping solutions with cross-functional partners, and ensuring shipped work drives measurable impact for patients and the business. You will work closely with Design, Engineering, Clinical, Operations, Marketing, and Project Management to translate goals into product direction, guide prioritization, and evaluate success after launch. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, thinks in systems, and cares deeply about turning insight into impact.

Responsibilities:

Own a defined product area or set of experiences (e.g., onboarding, patient portal, care workflows) Identify and prioritize problems based on patient needs, business impact, and operational constraints Translate high-level goals into clear product direction, requirements, and success criteria Partner with Product Leadership to shape and maintain a prioritized product roadmap Make thoughtful tradeoffs between speed, scope, and impact Use data, user insights, and business context to inform decisions—not just intuition Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure initiatives are well-coordinated and delivered effectively Define clear success metrics for initiatives before work begins Evaluate impact post-launch and identify follow-up opportunities Use product events, funnel data, and qualitative feedback to understand what’s working and what’s not Help ensure product decisions reduce pre Postúlate en Kit Empleo: kitempleo.com.co/empleo/1ar9ee
