Descripción del empleo Sales Support II performs all the responsibilities of Sales Support I with the added responsibilities below. They contribute to the sales efficiency and commercial success of the organization. Responsabilidades principales
- At all times, complies with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.
- Tracks and follows up on all quotes, including communicating directly with customers as permitted by the business manager.
- Investigates the reasons for lost quotes and bids.
- Tracks and reports on sales efficiency.
- Onboards new customers to work with SGS.
- Books trade shows, coordinates event sponsorship and orders promotions.
- Manages marketing calendar and tracks budget assignment.
- Creates marketing ROI.
- Performs other related duties as may be assigned either in support of departmental goals or for his/her personal or professional training, education or development as programmed by his/her immediate superior.

Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Agri background preferred, or equivalent educational background and experience.
- C1 level English or better, with commensurate spoken fluency.
- A minimum of 2 years as a SGS Sales Support I or prior sales support in the professional services industry is desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers or employees of the organization.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
