Lead Microsoft Azure Developer (Colombia)

Our company is looking for a remote Lead Microsoft Azure Developer who will develop and maintain an observability stack and participate in Kubernetes as a service platform development.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in the team the ability to explain engineering problems to managers, and experience with monitoring and logging systems.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain observability stack that's used by multiple departments
- Participate in Kubernetes as service platform development
- Provide Development and test teams support
- Provide Applications support
- Direct communication with customer (B2B and higher)

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Azure
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Strong experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana), observability (Dynatrace or similar), and logging systems (ELK)
- Terraform production experience
- Good scripting knowledge (Bash/Go/Powershell)
- B2+ English level
