Job Title: Remote Customer & Sales Support Specialist DATEL Software Solutions is a 20-year-old manufacturer of Business-to-Business Communications and Analytics Software. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Technical & Sales Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This role combines technical troubleshooting with sales support responsibilities, ensuring customers receive both effective solutions and a seamless buying experience. The idóneo candidate is a strong communicator who can quickly understand customer needs, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to recommend products or services. Key Responsibilities: ● Provide front-line technical support via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer issues efficiently ● Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and usage guidance ● Bridge the Gap between product technology and customer needs ● Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or upgrades ● Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in Company Business Systems ● Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues ● Stay up to date on product knowledge, features, and updates ● Contribute to customer satisfaction and retention goals ● Conduct Product Demonstrations to showcase features and value to reseller partners and their customers Qualifications: ● High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred) ● 1–3 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or sales support ● Excellent English Language verbal and written communication skills ● Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills ● Basic understanding of technical systems, software, or IT concepts ● Experience with CRM tools and helpdesk platforms is a plus ● Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Key Skills: ● Culture Fit
