Provide operational and strategic support to Brand Leads (CBLs) in the development, execution, and monitoring of brand strategies and tactical plans for core Oncohematology products.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, Supply, Commercial, Transaction Center, COE, Legal, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, as well as external partners, to ensure the effective planning and execution of marketing initiatives, in alignment with corporate standards and objectives.
RESPONSABILITIES
- Ensure the effective implementation of tactical plans for OncoHematology brands, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, budget frameworks, timelines, resource allocation, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor and validate portfolio DME (Direct Marketing Expenses) in accordance with financial planning scenarios.
- Support compliance-related processes, including DDQ, SAGRILAFT, Country Annex, and Vale Transfer protocols.
- Assist in the coordination of NPL (New Product Launch) project management activities.
- Provide operational support to Brand Leads (CBLs) across key marketing functions, including: a. Coordination of HCPs activities (both Pfizer-led and third-party initiatives). b. Management of MAPP Navigator processes, including requirement tracking. c. Development of creative briefs and follow-up on revisions and approvals of promotional materials. d. Vendor onboarding and management, including purchase order generation and invoice tracking. e. Collection, consolidation, and analysis of relevant data to support decision-making.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional background in administrative fields such as Business Administration, Engineering, or Economics.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical product marketing and/or areas directly related to marketing.
- Experience in implementing and evaluating plans within their area of work, including financial variables management and budget administration.
- Strong numerical and statistical analysis skills, with the ability to identify opportunities.
- Follow-up skills and proactivity to ensure plan execution.
- Creativity and openness to new ideas and approaches.
- Accuracy in information handling.
- Advanced English level.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Work Location Assignment: Hybrid
