The Position We're looking to hire an AI Agent Engineer to join our team. You'll work with one of our incredible product teams to build and deliver a product to our clients. What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of professional software development experience.
- Advanced English is required.
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
- Strong experience with Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Hands‑on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar).
- Experience building AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.
- Solid understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Experience integrating APIs and backend services.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience with multi‑agent systems.
- Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Experience deploying AI solutions to production.
- Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
