Real Estate Agent – Costa Del Sol (Samaniego)

Responsibilities
- Identify and contact buyers looking to buy their dream home or invest in a property.
- Maintain ongoing contact with buyers and sellers, and identify and manage new properties for sale.
- Build long-term customer relationships and work efficiently.
- Take initiative, work independently, and provide creative solutions.
- Be available for property viewings, including adaptable working hours. Qualifications
- Experienced and driven real estate agent, passionate about sales.
- Strong initiative, independent work style, creative problem‑solving skills.
- Valid driving licence and own car.
- Fluent or conversational English and Swedish; additional languages (Dutch, German, French, Danish, Finnish, Polish) are an advantage.
- Previous experience on the Costa del Sol coast with a proven sales record is a huge advantage. Benefits
