UX/UI Designer (Nariño)

Summary We are looking for a talented Senior UX/UI Designer with a strong focus on user-centered design and visual storytelling. This role is idóneo for an experienced individual contributor passionate about translating user insights into effective, engaging experiences while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams. Responsibilities
- Execute end‑to‑end UX research activities (user interviews, usability testing, surveys)
- Analyze and synthesize data into user personas, journey maps, and clear design recommendations
- Create high‑quality storyboards, layouts, icons, infographics, and animations
- Develop and maintain reusable templates and media assets to improve efficiency and consistency
- Apply creative problem‑solving to design and training‑related challenges
- Collaborate with designers, product teams, and stakeholders in Agile environments
- Contribute actively to daily scrums and team initiatives
- Ensure alignment between visual design and functional user experience principles Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in UX research and design execution in a hands‑on role
- Advanced to expert-level proficiency in Figma
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Animate)
- Strong ability to translate user insights into clear and practical design outputs
- Experience with UX tools for research, wireframing, and prototyping Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating reusable design assets or contributing to design systems
- Familiarity with UX research tools and prototyping platforms
- Exposure to animation, interactive design, or digital learning assets
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum teams Soft Skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality and usability
