Lead Ux/Ui Designer (Nariño)

We are seeking a highly creative and user-focused Lead UX/UI Designer to lead end-to-end research and design initiatives. This role requires a strong UX mindset to bridge the gap between creative design and functional user experience, delivering impactful, user-centered solutions. You'll play a key role in shaping digital experiences through research insights, visual storytelling, and innovative design strategies. Responsibilities Lead and execute end-to-end UX research (user interviews, usability testing, surveys) Translate research findings into user personas, journey maps, and actionable recommendations Design and deliver high-quality storyboards, layouts, icons, infographics, and animations Develop reusable templates and media assets to streamline workflows and improve efficiency Apply creative problem-solving to complex design and training challenges Collaborate cross-functionally and actively participate in daily scrums and continuous improvement initiatives Bridge creative concepts with practical UX functionality to enhance overall user experience Required Qualifications Strong experience in UX research methodologies and design execution Advanced to expert-level proficiency in Figma Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Animate) Demonstrated ability to synthesize research insights into meaningful design solutions Experience with UX tools for wireframing, prototyping, and research Preferred Qualifications Experience creating scalable design systems or reusable design assets Familiarity with modern UX research and prototyping tools Exposure to animation and interactive media design Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams Soft Skills Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders Creative problem-solving and critical thinking Adaptability and proactive approach to challenges Must Have Skill Advanced UX research and design expertise with hands-on experience in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, combined with the ability to translate user insights into effective design solutions #J-*****-Ljbffr Postúlate en Kit Empleo: kitempleo.com.co/empleo/1ao79a
