We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Professional Services team located in the U.S., reporting to the head of the Project Management Office. In this role, you will manage Infoblox Professional Services projects and work closely with our customers to achieve project goals on time and on budget. What you’ll do:
- Lead and manage multiple complex customer-facing software delivery projects from initiation through closure
- Establish close and productive relationships with customer stakeholders
- Take full ownership and accountability for project planning, budget, and change management to deliver profitable projects on time
- Manage project scopes, schedules, risks, and issues to ensure smooth delivery of projects
- Provide effective, accurate, and timely communications to all stakeholders with an emphasis on customer satisfaction, and act as the primary point of contact for customers
- Compose project status reports and share with customers and Professional Services management
