Customer Experience Representative

Purpose

Essential

Responsibilities:
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Forwards sales opportunities to management and sales department by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Handles incoming customer requests such as order tracking, billing questions, product documentation, and other general customer inquiries.
- Other duties as maybe assigned by management from time to time.

Job description will be reviewed and updated from time to time. The duties and responsibilities may be modified, at any time, at management’s discretion, in accordance with business needs

Education/Experience

High school diploma or GED, at a minimum. College degree preferred. In addition, at least one (1) year of job-related experience is normally required to perform this job.

Computer Skills
- Working knowledge of PC based desktop computers and server-based networks.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Mathematical Skills
