**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop detailed **architectural drawings** and **construction documents** for permitting and construction.
- Translate **design concepts** into precise technical drawings using **Revit and AutoCAD.**:

- Ensure compliance with applicable **U.S. building codes, standards, and regulations.**:

- Coordinate with **architectural, structural, and MPE teams** to ensure design accuracy and alignment.
- Review and update **redline drawings** and ensure **revisions are properly implemented.**:

- Assist in **design development, visualization, and documentation** for client presentations.
- Collaborate with **senior architects and project managers** to deliver timely, high-quality outputs.
- Maintain organized **drawing sets and document control** in accordance with company standards.

**Qualifications**
- **Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture** or a related field **(required).**:

- Minimum of **8 years of professional experience** in architectural drafting or documentation.
- Proficiency in **Revit** **(required).**:

- Experience with **AutoCAD**, **SketchUp**, and rendering software (preferred).
- Familiarity with **U.S. building codes and standards** (required).
- Knowledge of **MPE systems** (Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical) is a plus.
- Experience working with **U.S.based clients and projects** is strongly preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills, **both written and verbal.**

**Must-Haves**
- **8+ years** of professional experience in architectural drafting or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in **Revit** (test or sample work may be required).
- Experience working with **U.S. clients** or familiarity with **American project documentation.**:

- Understanding of **U.S. building codes and construction standards.**:

- Ability to produce precise, well-organized, and code-compliant documentation.
- Strong collaboration skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable internet connection and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- **Backup power source** (generator, UPS, or accessible alternative workspace during outages)
- Minimum **32GB RAM** for multitasking and large file handling
