Sr. Technical Recruiter & HR Assistant (Santa Marta)

We're seeking an experienced Sr. Technical Recruiter to join our growing team!

**Responsibilities**:

- **Full-Cycle Recruitment**: Manage the recruiting lifecycle for various roles, particularly senior software engineering positions, from sourcing to offer
- ** Collaborate with Hiring Managers**: Partner with technical leads and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop accurate job descriptions
- ** Process Optimization**: Evaluate and improve recruiting processes, leveraging ATS automation and ensuring efficient and streamlined hiring practices
- ** Industry Knowledge**: Stay informed about industry trends, particularly in software engineering, to remain competitive in attracting top talent
- **HR Support**: Assist with regular HR functions to promote an organized work environment

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on senior software engineering roles.
- ** Approach**:A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong organizational and time management skills
- ** Degree**: A college degree in HR or a related field is preferred, but we value practical experience just as much. If you've got the skills, we want to hear from you!
- ** Tools**: Proficiency in BreezyHR, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other technical recruiting platforms
- ** Process Improvement**: Proven ability to optimize recruiting processes, using automation and data-driven approaches to improve efficiency
- ** Collaboration**: Ability to work closely with hiring managers and technical teams to meet hiring goals
- ** Adaptability**: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple open positions with varying degrees of technical complexity
- ** Remote Work**: Experience working in a fully remote environment, with the ability to independently manage time and priorities
