- We are looking for a Wholesale Operations Specialist to join our team and ensure flawless execution in our _**_Wholesale Fulfillment channel_**_. This is a high-impact role where you’ll own end-to-end operations and partner with warehouses, carriers, and retailers to guarantee smooth, on-time deliveries._

**Your Mission** Ensure seamless warehouse execution for Wholesale operations—from daily 3PL coordination to full visibility over inbound, outbound, and transformation processes. Lead automation of operational reporting and standardization of processes to enable scalable growth. Drive flawless retailer onboarding and launches through operational readiness.

**What You’ll Do** Manage inbound shipments into warehouses, resolving issues quickly Oversee outbound fulfillment of wholesale POs, coordinating with 3PLs & carriers Handle inventory transformations (ticketing, hangers, DTC-to-wholesale conversions) Act as a daily liaison with warehouses to resolve short shipments, damages, mis shipments Maintain inbound/outbound/fulfillment reporting for visibility across Ops & Sales Align inventory availability with order intake, partnering with Analysts Support operational readiness for new retailer launches

**Must Have**:

- 1-3 years in fulfillment, logistics coordination, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proven ability to coordinate with 3PLs, carriers, and warehouses.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Strong ownership mentality with full accountability over scope.
- Clear, structured, data-driven, and solution-oriented communication.
- Able to operate in a fast-paced, remote, multicultural environment.
- Fully aligned with Trafilea’s values of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and efficiency.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with ERP/WMS systems (NetSuite preferred).
- Exposure to AI/BI reporting tools.
- Knowledge of wholesale retailer compliance requirements.
