The Position

FullStack is seeking a Mid-Level IT Recruiter with 2–4 years of proven experience in sourcing and recruiting top‑tier IT talent across diverse technical domains and C‑Suite executive search. This role is designed for an ambitious, execution‑oriented recruiter who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will be responsible for the full‑cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both world‑class candidates and hiring managers who drive organizational growth and innovation.

As a Mid-Level Recruiter, you will be a key driver in our talent pipeline, mastering the art of the "strategic pivot," managing technical requisitions, and supporting C‑Suite executive searches.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment: Own the end‑to‑end process (sourcing to offer acceptance) for various technical and non‑technical roles.
- Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies, leveraging Boolean, AI‑driven tools, and market analytics to attract passive and niche talent.
