The Position We're looking to hire a part‑time Security and Compliance Engineer (2‑3 month long) to join our team. You'll work with our clients in two ways.
- Team Augmentation: Integrate directly into the client’s team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers daily.
- Design & Build: Work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience in systems engineering, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure management.
- Advanced English is required.
- Successful completion of a four‑year college degree is required.
- Deep experience in SOC 2 compliance, including a track record of developing and implementing security controls for software‑based businesses.
- Solid background in auditing systems, identifying security gaps, and defining transition plans to meet certification standards.
- Expertise in designing security frameworks and technical documentation to ensure audit readiness.
- Skilled at documenting systems, processes, and workflows to ensure scalability and seamless knowledge transfer.
