We are seeking experienced and highly motivated B2B Appointment Setters to join a fast-growing outbound sales operation focused on the US restaurant industry.
This is not a traditional call center role. We are looking for confident outbound sales professionals who are comfortable speaking with business owners, building relationships, handling objections, and creating opportunities through high-quality conversations.
You will play a key role in connecting with restaurant owners across the US market, introducing valuable business solutions, and scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team. **- Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound cold calls to restaurant owners and decision-makers
- Introduce company services professionally and confidently
- Build rapport and maintain engaging conversations
- Qualify leads and identify business opportunities
- Schedule meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking
- Follow up with prospects as needed
- Meet daily and weekly outreach targets **- Schedule & Compensation**
- Scheduling may vary based on campaign needs, with operating hours aligned to the US market.
- $5.75 USD p/hr paid weekly

- Ability to work fully on-site in Barranquilla **- Preferred Experience**
- Restaurant or hospitality industry experience
- Experience working with US-based customers
- CRM or outbound dialer experience
