We are seeking an **experienced Outbound Sales Representative** to join a growing international sales operation focused on the restaurant industry in the US market.
You will be responsible for outbound prospecting, relationship building, and conducting sales conversations with restaurant owners and decision-makers.
We are looking for professionals who are proactive, persuasive, confident on the phone, and experienced in fast-paced sales environments. **- Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound cold outreach to restaurant owners and decision-makers
- Engage prospects professionally and confidently
- Identify business needs and sales opportunities
- Conduct discovery and sales conversations
- Handle objections and move conversations forward
- Maintain organized prospect and pipeline records
- Collaborate with the broader sales team
- Meet outreach and sales performance targets **- Schedule & Compensation**
- Scheduling may vary based on campaign needs, with operating hours aligned to the US market.
- $5.75 USD p/hr paid weekly

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work fully on-site in Barranquilla **- Preferred Experience**
- Restaurant or hospitality industry experience
- Experience selling to US-based businesses
- Business development or lead generation experience
