Customer Success Manager (CSM) - Macedonia (Cordillera Oriental)

Position Description The Customer Success Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, ensuring satisfaction, identifying opportunities, and helping clients achieve their compliance and business goals. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Understand clients’ business objectives and provide expert guidance to help achieve their goals.
- Conduct regular check‑ins to prepare clients for compliance audit engagements.
- Identify needs for additional services and upsell opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Proactively identify and address client concerns, developing solutions to improve their experience. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of experience in a client‑facing role such as customer success, account management, or sales.
- Ability to quickly grasp basics of various compliance frameworks and willingness to deepen expertise.
- Excellent organizational and task‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to address client concerns.
- Capacity to manage many clients and projects simultaneously.
- Experience with SaaS products and services is a plus; experience with compliance automation software is a plus.
- Knowledge of common compliance frameworks (SOC, ISO, PCI, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred.
