This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, influencing architecture, quality, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll own critical systems, mentor a growing team, and modernize a complex codebase. It’s a high-impact opportunity in a fast-paced, product-led environment. Responsibilities
- Architect and code robust, scalable features across frontend and backend;
- Work deeply in an existing web application codebase, enhancing core modules and integrating with a graph database;
- Implement state management with Redux and design performant React components;
- Manage a small but growing team of developers;
- Divide tasks and assign them to individuals;
- Review code;
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams by communicating progress and blockers early and often;
- Maintain high standards for documentation, testing, and code reviews;
- Architect solutions that handle high throughput while maintaining low latency;
- Lead technical initiatives to reduce manual operations and improve system reliability.

MUST HAVES
- 7+ years of full-stack development experience;
- 3+ years of team lead or management experience;
- Proven track record of mentoring other engineers and driving technical initiatives;
- Experience with graph databases (Neptune with Gremlin preferred);
