About the Role LoVirtual is seeking elite bilingual talent in Cúcuta to support a market‑leading Automotive Group in Puerto Rico, which manages world‑renowned brands such as Nissan, Kia, and Infiniti. The Mission In this role, you will represent a legacy of automotive excellence. We are looking for a "Problem Owner"—someone who can navigate complex inbound service cases with analytical precision, maintaining the high standards expected by premium brand customers. Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Resolution: Manage high‑stakes interactions regarding automotive services, claims, and customer guidance.
- Root Cause Identification: Go beyond the symptoms to find and solve the core issue for each customer.
- Tech‑Savvy Multitasking: Use specialized software (Dynamics, DDMS) while documenting interactions in real‑time with zero errors.
- Emotional Resilience: Handle challenging conversations with poise, empathy, and professional authority. Requirements
- Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong logical reasoning and independent problem‑solving skills.
- Experience: Previous background in high‑level Customer Service or Contact Centers is a plus.
- Location: Must be available to work on‑site at our Cúcuta, Colombia facilities. Work Schedule Monday to Friday, 9:00AM
- 6:00PM (Puerto Rico Time) / 8:00AM
